Simple rules for using Sweet Spot Analytics
Last updated: November 10, 2025. By creating an account, connecting GA4 or Search Console, or accessing admin tools, you accept these terms.
Acceptance & eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority on behalf of a business or your own account.
- You will use the platform only for business purposes tied to Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console properties you manage.
- Registration, billing, and contact details you provide are accurate and kept up to date.
What the service covers
Sweet Spot Analytics provides an AI chat interface, approval workflows, and dashboards for teams who manage Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data. We do not ingest or process data from any other connectors today; terms will be updated before future integrations go live. Beta features may change or be removed at any time.
Mutual commitments
You agree to
- Connect only Google properties you are authorized to manage.
- Provide accurate account info.
- Respect API limits and avoid abusing AI outputs or probing the platform.
- Pay any subscription fees when due.
We agree to
- Operate the service with due care, encryption, and monitoring.
- Process customer data only to deliver the AI assistant and fulfill legal obligations.
- Provide reasonable in-app or email support.
Account responsibilities
- Safeguard your login credentials and restrict workspace access to authorized teammates.
- Notify us promptly at legal@sweetspotanalytics.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.
- Remain responsible for all activity in your workspace, including automation tokens or service accounts you configure.
- Pay invoices, taxes, and Google pass-through fees associated with your plan.
Acceptable use
- Follow all applicable laws plus the Google API Services User Data Policy, Google Analytics, and Search Console terms.
- Do not attempt to access another customer's data, circumvent security controls, or probe underlying infrastructure.
- Do not reverse engineer, benchmark, or monitor the service using bots or scrapers without our written consent.
- Do not misuse AI output to mislead stakeholders, violate Google policies, or infringe intellectual property rights.
- Security researchers must obtain written permission before testing and follow responsible disclosure timelines.
Data rights & privacy
You retain all rights to the GA4/GSC information you connect. You grant us a limited license to process that data only to deliver the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we store encrypted credentials and how you can request deletion.
Intellectual property & licenses
- You own your GA4 and GSC data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and secure the service.
- Sweet Spot Analytics owns the application code, workflows, brand assets, and documentation. No other rights are granted.
- Feedback or suggestions may be used to improve the product without attribution or compensation.
Warranty disclaimer
- THE SERVICE (INCLUDING BETA FEATURES) IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, OR PERFECTLY ACCURATE RESPONSES. GOOGLE API QUOTAS, SAMPLING, OR OUTAGES MAY AFFECT RESULTS.
- WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANYONE, CHANGE USER PLAN, OR TERMINATE SERVICE AT ANY TIME.
Limits of liability
- Our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid to Sweet Spot Analytics in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.
- Each party's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or amounts that cannot be limited under applicable law is not restricted.
Ending, suspension, or changes
- We may update these terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue features. When practical, we provide notice via email or in-app alerts before material changes take effect.
- Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or unpaid fees. Sections covering privacy, confidentiality, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and data rights survive termination.
You can cancel anytime via the dashboard or support channel. Export your data before cancellation if you need a copy; we may retain minimal audit records as required by law or Google verification.
Governing law & contact
These terms follow California law, and disputes will be heard in state or federal courts located in San Francisco, CA, unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
